Trucks are not allowed to dump until 7:30 a.m.  Absolutely no staging is allowed on the Eastlake property, the Erie Road parking lot, the Route 90 ramp, the Route 2 ramp, the donut shop parking lot, or any place in the city limits.  Time yourself to arrive at 7:30 a.m. or later.  The East Lake police will be informed by the East Lake management of any violations.

Eastlake does not want spillage at the silos or anywhere on the grounds.  When you have a bad or very wet load take it to the pit, dump, and reload.  Do not take unsafe loads onto the highway.

Do not slam your tailgate at the coal yard.  The residents around the plant complain about the noise.

On the tickets you leave at Eastlake, mark where you dumped your coal, in the hopper or on stock.

Bottom ash is hauled to Redbud and other places on Tuesdays and Fridays.  When you are told to go to the bottom ash bin, please do so.

Do not fold, staple, or bend the computer tickets you receive from the scale master.

All trucks must weigh in and out.  Do this even if you are sent out empty.
