Completed Theater

Here are some snapshots of the completed theater. All the walls are treated acoustically, and the covered with acoustically transparent fabric. The speakers are hidden from view.

The floor is a berber type carpet, which had the padding attached to it already, making for easy installation.

The sconces were chosen to compliment the other electrical fixtures in the house

The soffit is lighted with two 16 foot white rope lights from home depot.

Black painted trim was used to cover the seams where the black fabric meets the brown fabric, giving a clean finished look.

The proscenium is not very aparrent in the pictures, because it's all black. It's curved on the top, and the sides are false walls angled at 60 degrees from the screen, hiding the main speakers and covered with Black speaker fabric.
