every environment is different, please use all meds at your own risk.
Most of these meds are safe for consumer use on koi ponds.
Potassium P to be used with caution, alwayshave peroxide @1pt per 5000 gals to neutralize if you get in trouble.

Always wear mask and gloves when administering meds.

Ich- SALT @ .5ppm
Chilodonella -SALT @.5ppm, Proform "C" , Three days in a row, per instructions on bottle
Epistylus- Salt @ .5ppm
Trichodina-Potassium Perm, 8g per thousand, maintain purple for 8 hrs, 50% water change between treatments, every other day for 3 treatments.

Anchor worm- Dimilin@ 1 gram per thousand , 2 treatments, Salt @ .5ppm
Ergasilus- Dylox1 tsp per 1000 Gals, every 7 days for 3 treatments
Gill flukes and skin flukes, - Supaverm, Prazi, follow instructions, 1 treatment only
Ulcers, quarantine, raise temp to 78-80 degrees, inject w Baytril 2.27%

3 days in a row, then skip a day, inject, skip a day , inject

I also recommend Lymnozyme for controlling Aeramonas, "ulcer disease"

ProForm-C Broad Spectrum Disease Treatment

ProForm-C is the preeminent broad spectrum malachite green & formalin treatment. It is formulated differently than any other malachite green & formalin mix. Prazi Pond ( Praziquantel )

Praziquantel ( “Prazi” ) is the preeminent treatment for flukes. ‘Prazi’ is by far the most gentle, yet effective treatment for flukes available to our hobby. The real bonus with ‘Prazi’ is that when you treat for flukes it also rids the fish of any internal parasites or worms.

‘Prazi’ is also a dewormer for humans and dogs and cats. ‘Prazi’ is so gentle that children as young as 5 years old can take the drug. For dogs and cats it is sold as “Droncit”, a dewormer pill.

‘Prazi’ is extremely effective for the treatment of external flukes, liver flukes, internal parasites and internal worms in koi, goldfish and tropical fish. ‘Prazi’ is a one time treatment and because it is so gentle, it does NOT require any water changes after treatment and you do NOT need to bypass your biofilter. Prazi also will work with any amount of salt in the pond and it is not water temperature dependant.

It is also 100% ‘legal’ unlike Supaverm. ‘Prazi’ has been sought after for years as the fluke treatment of choice but has been unavailable in our hobby, until NOW.

As a preventative, we recommend treating once a year in early Spring.
