Once Lee Family Koi submits your koi to the airline or carrier of your choice,
for shipment,
It is Insured under your name and becomes YOUR koi.
In event of service Failure by carrier
Resulting in Delayed or lost shipment.
The Claim Must be submitted by you to the airline or carrier.
We will offer No refund in this circumstance.
