A very necessary addition to the Gotham heros. Gordon is made from the DC Direct John Constantine figure.

I saw this figure in the store and this custom was a no-brainer. The glasses are pulled from an Austin Powers figure. The mustache is Sculpey. Hair, mustache and eyebrows are painted light gray. The badge on his belt is a piece of scrap metal on an FBI tag from an X-Files figure.
