We are glad you are visiting our website and hope you find it helpful. Let us tell you a little about our Society. The Ripon Historical Society is operated entirely by volunteers and maintained through donations. We are open during scheduled events and by appointment. In cooperation with the Ripon Public Library and the Winnefox Library System, we have provided many of our research sources online. You might find just what you need by clicking the RESEARCH button and following some links. If you don't, we have real people, too. Ripon Historical Society volunteers will respond as quickly as they are able to inquiries related to materials which are available among the Society's holdings. For further research they may be able to offer suggestions regarding other organizations or individuals who might be able to assist you. Due to a lack of volunteer help, we are not able at this time to accept email correspondence. However, volunteer archivist George Miller is usually at the Society from 9:00 to 11:15 Central time on weekdays and is happy to answer questions about the history of Ripon and about archival holdings that are not available through this website. You can reach him by calling 920-748-5354. You can also mail inquiries to him at P.O. Box 274, Ripon, WI 54971. If you have questions about artifacts, you can reach museum curators Mary Brandt and Joyce Rudolph at the same address and telephone number.
As a 501(c)3 not-for-profit
organization, the Ripon Historical Society does not charge for services
but gladly accepts donations. Reimbursement charges are requested for
duplication and postage expenses. Donations may be mailed to:
