You can participate in interesting programs and social activities.
You will receive a quarterly newsletter that includes stories of Ripon’s past and reports on Society activities and upcoming events.
Your time commitment can be large or small and suited to your own interests and schedule.
You might work on individual or group projects involving such activities as:
Ø Adopting a small section of the garden
Ø Figuring out and documenting the story behind an item that has been donated to the museum
Ø Looking at old scrapbooks or collections of items and recording information about them
Ø Working with a middle or high school student on a research project
Ø Helping with groups of visiting elementary school children
Ø Assisting with programs, open houses, and social events
Ø Helping to preserve and maintain the properties and artifacts
Ø Making database entries on the computer
