PRIDE 2003, Animal Blessing Sunday, AIDSWALK 2003, and World AIDS Day Service at Tradewinds Leather/Levi bar, Dec. 3, 2003

PRIDE 2003: We sang hymns and praise songs all the way! Earlier at the Ecumenical Service, protestors not only ranted outside the church but one actually walked thru the service, shouting "abomination" and other forgettable words. Sylvia N. offered them bread and grapes after the service. Jesus said to love our enemies. We're doing a pretty good job most days! Duchess reads the names of those we remembered at the World AIDS Day Service at Tradewinds Lether/Levi bar in Columbus on Dec. 3, 2003. We will have this service every year. Communion at World AIDS Day Service. The altar is the "cruising area" of the bar. Rev. Marj and Byron Yaple (Right) consecrated communion. Bill Ahlers (center) was the guitar accompaniast.

TRIP DOWN the Mohican River....ABOVE before the rain!

Esera Tuaolo, former NFL Minnesota Viking, now out and proud with a husband and two twin boys, gives Marj the handoff. He gave an emotional and faith-filled speech at MCC General Conference in Dallas in July. Marj as a cow ran the 3 K race at AIDSWALK. Who is this man eating a cheeseburger?

(He now works at CATF)
