Great site & a lot of memories. Was with 374th RRC, 4th Inf Div (67-69). Went back to 'Nam on a vets' trip (Nov 2001) and got into the highlands (Pleiku, LZ Oasis, Kontum, Dak To, Ben Het & An Khe). Photos of trip are at the website listed here - many changes after 30+ years! In the "Pleiku" section of the website is a photo of the front gate of Camp Holloway as it is now (a Viet Army base).

i was stationed at camp schmidt, but worked at the pol yard at holloway, also pulled guard duty there. i knew a few warrant officers, but cant remember their names. also remember the great times at your em club. spent more time there than schmidt. everyone at holloway treated us like part of the family, thank you for that and welcome home to all!
I flew with the 119th AHC from Oct. 1966 to Mar. 1967 Callsign Alligator 073. Second platoon, blue flight. Anyone know the whereabouts of (WO1) Paul Kenney or (SP4) Kenneth Lee?
I was attached to the 90th (CS) HMS Company of the 88th S & S Battalion at Camp Holloway From January 1968 Until about July of 1968 when our unit moved north of Pleiku. I was in the security platoon on the perimeter of camp Holloway on the first night of the TET Offensive (1968) I recall I was in tower 5 on the south permieter. I do have several photo's of mortar and rocket damage as a result of tet. Most of the photos are of damage to the aviation units barracks and also the post office which at that time was on or near the airstrip I believe. I also have a few pictures of viet cong sappers that were killed after they had infiltrated onto the air field and into company areas.
I served as the 52nd Avn Bn S-4 from Sept 64 until May 65. Jerry Holcombe was my assistant S-4. Great friend and excellent officer. I would love to hear from people stationed in Pleiku in the 64-65 time period, expecially Bob Catron, Joe Palasiter (sp) John Hughes and others of the battalion staff. I also have a bunch of pictures of (slides mostly) of Camp Hollaway and surrounding area.
Served with 140th Transportation Detachment (CHFM) attached to 8th Transportation Company (Lt Helicopter) H-21, at Camp Goldberg, Qui Nhon, RVN 1962-63
